Ulterra Drilling Technologies represented by Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman; Chairman of Ulterra Arabia, received the official manufacturing license by H.E Majid Al-Qasabi; Minister of Commerce and Investment also by Mr. Ibrahim Al-Omar Governor for SAGIA with the attendance of H.E Khalid Al-Falih; Minister of Energy, H.E Mohammed Al-Jadaan; Minister of Finance, Mr. Amin Al-Nasser; The President and CEO of Saudi ARAMCO, and Mr. Wilbur Ross; the U.S Secretary of Commerce.
